We successfully reorganised the project and managed to introduce the portal &#8220;on time&#8221;, &#8220;on quality&#8221; and &#8220;on budget&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We also introduced agile methods for the implementation and coached the stakeholders accordingly.
