Initial Situation <\/strong><\/p>\n

Swiss Life was looking for a solution to digitize and manage personnel files in compliance with the Swiss Ordinance on the Keeping and Preservation of Business Records (GeB\u00fcV). The solution consisted of digitizing physical personnel files, implementing a cloud-based Document Management System (DMS), and introducing a digital signature service. Furthermore, the solution had to be capable of standard integration with Swiss Life’s cloud-based HCM system.<\/p>\n
