Celles-ci avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 externalis\u00e9es avec l'infrastructure informatique 10 ans auparavant. La gestion de l'infrastructure informatique devaient rester externalis\u00e9e. Cette transformation organisationnelle a touch\u00e9 environ 400 employ\u00e9s des services informatiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Succ\u00e8s<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En tant que consultant ITIL, nous avons assur\u00e9 la continuit\u00e9 des services informatiques apr\u00e8s l'internalisation des applications et d'une partie de l'organisation.
