Initial Situation 

Following a sick leave, we led a team of 20 employees “ad interim” within a large outsourcing mandate in the financial sector.

The main focus was to ensure the regular operation as well as the planning of the resources for the migration of more than 30 applications in the “Securities” area to a new technical platform.


Under our management the application operations continued to run smoothly and the migration was completed seamlessly.


As interim manager we:

  • Managed a large team.
  • Did the resource planning for the operation and the migration.
  • Monitored the budget and costs.
  • Reported in the line.
